Rafael Nadal will return to number one in the world rankings on Monday after reaching the final of the China Open. Nadal, who last topped the rankings in 2011, returned to action in February after eight months out with knee problems and has won 10 of the 12 finals he has contested since making his comeback, taking his Grand Slam victories up to 13.
