The warm weather over the All Saints long weekend has benefited hotel occupancy in Andalucia, with an overall level of around 60% rising to 90% or more in some inland areas.
Málaga and Almeria saw temperatures of around 25 degrees and Almeria experienced the best hotel occupancy for many years at 80%.
The parque natural de Sierra Mágina in Jaén and sierra de Aracena reached occupancy rates of 90% plus, mostly domestic tourism. Traditional destinations such as Sevilla and Córdoba also did very well.
