The average price of new houses in Andalucia, which people either can’t afford or can’t get financing, ended 2013 down by 8.9%, according to the Real Estate Assessment Society.
It continues the negative trend in the evolution of house prices in the Andalucian provincial capital cities for the fourth consecutive year, with Huelva down by 10.7%, Almeria down by 9.5%, Cádiz down by 4.3% and Granada down by 6.6%.
The national average downward adjustment in prices was 7.8%. For non-capital cities in Andalucia, the biggest declines were Andújar, down by19 % and Lucena, down by 17.3%.
