A 41-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of killing a woman at a house in calle Villanueva in San Sebastián de los Reyes, Madrid.
Police received a call to say that there could be a dead woman at a house in calle Villanueva and when officers arrived they found a woman, already dead, lying in a pool of blood. She had suffered several stab wounds to the neck as well as numerous other injuries.
Police began searching for the alleged perpetrator and this ended with the arrest of Emiliano H.O,, aged 41 years.
Police have not yet established if this is a case of domestic violence as they have not yet been able to confirm whether there was a connection between the detainee and the deceased.
