At nine months old, most children are incapable of planning a successful bowel movement, let alone a murder, but toddler Muhammad Mosa Khan has reportedly already appeared in court in Pakistan on charges of planning a murder, threatening police and interfering in state affairs.
The toddler apparently appeared in court sitting on his father’s lap and clasping a bottle. He was granted bail and the case has been adjourned until April 12th. His father is also among thirty people accused of various crimes.
Police reportedly said the suspects, including the toddler, tried to murder security officers by pelting them with stones. Even if the child did pick up a pebble, he is hardly going to have the strength to lift any sizeable projectile, even less ability to hurl it with any accuracy and virtually no chance of achieving any great distance with the throw.
The assistant police superintendent who filed the charges has subsequently been suspended from duty but, so far, no news of the charges being dropped.
