According to the Ministry of Tourism and Trade, overall hotel occupancy in Andalucia from Palm Sunday to Easter Saturday was 65.2%, up 2% on last year and hotels registered 1,084,884 overnight stays.
The data was compiled on April 19th and 20th and was based on 730 questionnaires completed by 330 hotels. In the period from Thursday to Saturday, occupancy was 78%, nine points more than during the same period in 2013, and overnight stays were 555,713, up 7.2 % on the previous year.
