Barcelona managed to avoid a fourth straight loss as they came from behind to beat Athletic Bilbao 2-1 on Sunday.
Aduriz gave the visitors the lead early in the second half and then two goals in two minutes from Pedro and Messi turned the game in Barcelona’s favour. Both sides could have scored more but for the woodwork and some fine goalkeeping.
The victory keeps Barcelona’s slim title hopes alive as they remain four points adrift of Atlético, the two teams meeting in the final game of the season.
