The Junta de Andalucia is considering the possibility of rehousing the family of a minor whose convicted abuser continues to live in the building opposite and reportedly continues to violate restraining orders obtained by the family.
The family have tried unsuccessfully to sell their house in El Torrejón, Huelva, in order to move away from the convicted paedophile and now want the regional government to help through relocation.
The man was convicted of sexual abuse and sentenced to two years in prison, later commuted to a suspended sentence. The family have reportedly taken out a number of restraining orders against the man but these have apparently been breached on a number of occasions.
