A 59-year-old man died on Friday after being run over by his own tractor in the village of La Coronada in the municipality of Fuente Obejuna, Córdoba.
The man was taking the vehicle out of his garage in calle Real when he apparently fainted and fell to the ground, at which point the tractor ran over him with fatal consequences.
Police are investigating the incident while the labour inspectorate are trying to determine whether or not the incident can be classified as an industrial fatality.
