The Council has started replacing the street furniture and wooden railings in Plaza la Marina, Nerja, as part of a general clean-up of major public spaces. The wooden benches are due to be replaced, both in the main square and in the area between the plaza and calle Jaén.
The furniture in El Pinarillo was also recently repaired but, unfortunately, it has subsequently been vandalised and will now have to be replaced.
