This is a reminder that the last day for payment of the taxes IBI (rates), Basura (rubbish collection) and Car Entrance Tax is September 12th 2014.
If you do not have a standing order, you will need to take the invoice you received to any bank for payment. If you do not have the invoice, you can request a copy at the Nerja Tax Office, Patronato de Recaudacion, in Calle Axarquia 3.
You then take that copy to any bank for payment as you cannot make any payments at the Tax Office itself.
IBI 2014 This is for all owners of a property.
GARBAGE – BASURA 1ST SEMESTER 2014 – This tax is applicable to all owners of a property except for those living in the campo who do not have garbage collection. This tax is due twive a year, every 6 months, and the amount that the majority of owners have to pay every 6 months for an average size property is €18.
GARAGE ENTRANCE 2013 – All owners of a garage or who have a gate permitting the entry of a vehicle to the property must pay this tax.
