Police in Ronda are investigating the deaths of a 76-year-old man and a 30-year-old woman who cared for the man’s wife.
One hypothesis is that the young woman, who had been caring for the man’s wife, an Alzheimers sufferer, for several years, tried to mediate in a domestic dispute and was shot and killed. The man would then have killed himself.
The deceased’s wife, aged 78 years, had to be treated for shock but was otherwise unharmed. An autopsy is being carried out on the two bodies.
