Sevilla are back up to second in La Liga, on the same points as Barcelona but with a far inferior goal difference, following a 2-1 victory over Villarreal on Sunday evening.
Vietto gave the visitors the lead in the 79th minute, but Suárez, the non-biting one, equalised with two minutes of normal time remaining.
It was then late drama as Bacca scored from the penalty spot in the third minute of injury time to give the home side victory and take them into second place.
