A driver responsible for the deaths of two women on Thursday on the A-7 in San Roque, Cádiz, has been detained in custody on charges of reckless homicide.
The driver, heading in the wrong direction at km 131 on the A-7 near San Roque, collided with a Citroen Xsara Picasso, destroying the vehicle completely and killing two women travelling in the vehicle.
The offending driver refused to take a breath test after the incident and was arrested.
