A second body has washed ashore on Sancti Petri beach in Chiclana which is also believed to be that of a drugs smuggler.
Three dinghies carrying over two tons of hashish capsized on Friday in bad weather. Two North Africans are so far known to have died and another three were rescued alive and subsequently arrested.
There have also been thirty-three arrests at the beach as people try to retrieve the packages of drugs as they wash ashore.
