The Council has awarded the contract to adapt the building to be used as the Municipal Centre for Operational Services.
The building to be used is in avenida de la Constitución, near the Barriada de los Poetas. The building is currently being used for the Municipal Job Placement Centre but will be adapted for its new purpose.
The idea is to save costs and administration by having all services – plumbing, electrical, carpentry etc – located in the one place.
