Fourteen sub-Saharan migrants, including a pregnant woman, have been intercepted while trying to reach the Spanish coast.
A call was received from Morocco warning that a small boat was adrift in the Strait of Gibraltar and two vessels and a helicopter were sent to conduct a search.
The small boat was located eight miles southwest of Tarifa, Cádiz province. The boat contained nine men and five women. All were transferred to the Port of Tarifa for processing.
