More news on the Cueva Tren. The train is hop-on/hop-off and the ticket price includes entry into the Museum and the Nerja Caves.
The Cueva Tren has four stops: Nerja Caves, Parque Verano Azul, Nerja Museum and Maro Square. The ticket is valid all day and you can get on and off the train as many times as desired in their operating hours.
There is an audio-guide in Spanish and English covering the monuments and places that can be seen along the route. The price includes a visit to the Nerja Caves (you must reserve a time) and to the Nerja Museum.
Adults: €12
Children (6 to 12 years): €6
Children under 6 years: Free

The timetable above says only 3 runs are only in July and August, the rest presumably will still be running in September, so hopefully your holiday won’t be spoilt !!!

How I understand it is that the services in black run all the time, with the additional services in red running only in July and August.
