Additional services at Malaga Airport include a 24-hour assistance post between terminals 2 and 3, and extra seating for waiting passengers. The airport now has eighteen areas where staff, meet and assist passengers with limited mobility.
Last year alone, the airport provided help to almost 108,000 individuals needing special assistance. Since the service was started in 2008, almost 800,000 passengers have made use of it.
The improvements were required as part of the Quality Plan made applicable by the airport authorities last year and to meet increasing needs for the service.

Tom Mc Guire says:
Started using this service a couple of years back as I`m finding airport distances getting longer and longer due to walking problems.
These people are fantastic and I would really like to thank them for all they do to make my holiday.
Well done and many thanks,
Tom
