Spain’s economic situation grew faster than experts expected in the first few months of 2016.
Gross domestic product grew 0.8%, 0.1% higher than the forecasts predicted.
This growth endured despite ongoing political challenges, which has seen Spain without a majority government since the end of last year.
It is predicted that Spain’s economy will increase further later this year by 2.7%.
The news comes as the country’s manufacturing industry also maintained expansion, however analysts are warning that the continuing political uncertainty may well cause doubt among investors.
