The department of Tourism at Nerja council, with the assistance of the Andalusian Association of Bloggers, has recently organized a new arrangement for bloggers, to promote the borough of Nerja even further as a popular choice for tourists.
The councillor of Tourism, Patricia Gutiérrez Román, who looks positively at using the internet and ‘blogging’ as a means of promotion, stated, that this would be relevant in this digital age that we live and said that she recognizes the importance of having a good presence on the Internet, to attract more visitors.
The intention of the Tourism department, is to promote this entrepreneurship with an overall objective of increasing Nerja’s visitor growth and has therefore opened a registry in the Tourist information office for all the businesses that want to take advantage of this means of promotion.
