On the 28th and 29th of October, a dozen cheese factories from all over Andalusia will gather together in this unique market, providing more than fifty varieties of cheese. Included in the program of activities is: sampling various local cheeses, tasting other cheeses similar to styles from around the world and educational workshops, where all are welcome to join in.
Freshly produced cheese can also be bought for only 5 euros giving you the chance to enjoy 8 different tapas of cheese from Andalusia.
Andalusia is a particular region where more than 100 dairies contribute to the employment in the Andalusian villages, producing, in an artisan way, dozens of varieties of lactic and enzymatic coagulation cheese, with different degrees of maturity, and also some with spice and aromatic plants, and of the most diverse ranges.
