This message is doing the rounds on Facebook, Twitter and WhatsApp and should be treated as a hoax and not posted on your timeline.
The photo of the puppy in the message has been taken from the Internet and is the same photo of a dog being sold in Mexico and Brazil for a considerable amount of money.
False stories like this are harmful to all dogs in shelters that really need a home and should not be passed on to your social media friends and followers.
