Entries are now being accepted from artists and designers to create a poster for the 2018 Nerja Fair.
You may work as an individual or team and must have you’re originally work submitted prior to August 10th.
The subject is, of course, the Nerja Fair and must be 100% original and unpublished while also having never been entered in a competition at all and free of all plagiarism relating to your past work or that of other artists.
Each poster must be 70 centimetres high by 50 centimetres wide in portrait style and contain in Spanish the words “Feria de Nerja 2018” and the date of the celebration “from 9 to 14 October”. Another text required is “Hon. City Council of Nerja Concejalía de Fiesta Mayor “along with the shield of Nerja. Entries that include typos or that are signed by the artist will not be accepted.
All entries may be submitted up until August 10, by e-mail, at the following address: [email protected]. The entry should be in the form of a pdf file accompanied by the name and address of the author or authors, the title of the work and contact telephone, photocopy of the DNI of the author or authors and a signed declaration, stating that the work is original and unpublished and that they will accept the judges final decision.
The winning poster will be selected by a group of judges with the winning entry receiving a prize of 700€.
