Suzette Moncrief & The All Woman Blusers
Debuting as a young singer in New York, Suzette Moncrief had grown up listening to the rhythm and blues bands that were popular in the African-American communities during the 50s and 60s.
After singing for various groups Suzette formed her own band and started playing the Manhattan club scene while travelling the world to participate in blues and soul festivals.
Her repertoire is based on the great masters of the Chicago blues such as Muddy Waters, Willie Dixon and Bo Diddley.
