The Nerja Caves will reopen its doors from Monday 22nd February until Sunday 28th February for families in Malaga’s municipalities, with the entrance for children being free of charge.
To take advantage of this promotion, children must belong to the same family unit and must be accompanied by at least one adult paying for their audio-guided ticket to the Nerja Caves. Identification will likely be requested to prove that the group is from the same family unit; therefore, those attending are required to bring ID with them.
The ticket offer includes a visit to the Nerja Caves and the audioguide for adults. The children’s audioguides are not included, but they can be purchased for 3 euros. However, their purchase is not compulsory.
In addition, during this promotional period, the Cueva de Nerja restaurant is offering three special menus at 5 euros per person. Overall, visitors can enjoy a full day of activity, with a visit to this Asset of Cultural Interest and a walk through the gardens of the site and along the Cueva de Nerja-Almijara path, which can be accessed from the site.
As a preventive measure against the coronavirus, the visits are organised by family units and while maintaining social distancing there will be a reduced number of people allowed in on each set day.
