The Nerja Town Hall will continue to beautify the village, planting more than 1,000 seasonal flowers in public spaces, streets and roundabouts in Nerja and Maro over the next few months. The councillor for Municipal Services, Gema García, made the announcement this morning during a visit to Calle Hernando de Carabeo, where work has begun on planting decorative pots. “We encourage the residents of this street who are interested in decorating their façades to contact the Town Hall to continue placing floral elements”.
In this sense, the councillor says that “we continue to improve the appearance of our public spaces, streets and roundabouts, giving colour and improving our image for the start of the summer season,” and stresses, “these works, which are being carried out by the municipal workers of the Gardening Department, will be developed in other areas of the town”.
