Food at La Dama was perhaps not Fine Dining but it was very tasty !

Tienes razón Andréa ! me ha gustado muchissimo en el restaurante , he comido alli cada los 3 días que he pasado en Nerja. El ano que viene queremos ir yo con hijo y nuera en Julio y vamos a comer en el Restaurante de tu padre (no sé quien de los dos hombres)

Nice, friendly and even fun staff. Excellent service – you always feel welcome. And no complaints about the food either. The pizzas are among the best in town. For just 3.50€ it´s fantastic value for money.

I have to say that this was the worst experience I ever had in Spain. The staff was really unkind and they cannot take a kindly criticism at all. And they literally kick out the clients of the restaurant after 25 minutes because they want to close the restaurant!
First of all we received completely wrong food after ordering 1 pizza and 1 pasta and 1 Gambas al Pil Pil. The only right order was the Gambas Al Pil Pil.
About the “gambas al pil pil” which is a Spanish food We and another table ordered that. The problem was that it was so hot that neither we or the other group could eat it. When both of the tables told them that the food was too hot, were their answer that we don’t know anything about the spanish food and that it was not hot at all. Now when I write it, it sounds ok but their answer was really rude.
However, this was not the mainly problem. After 25 minutes of being there, they wanted us to leave because they wanted to close the restaurant. When we asked the person why they accept clients if they want to close the restaurant only after 25 minutes was his answer that he was not the person who accepted us. Which restaurant does that only after 25 minutes?!
I cannot recommend this place to anyone.
