Wai Wai Wok is a Thai rice and noodle bar on the paseo at Burriana beach and belongs to the same people who run the highly recommended Lan Sang restaurant in calle Málaga.
The large premises are shared with sister establishment the Yuu Taley Cocktail Bar.
Lenny says:
Superior thai nosh bundled up in neat cartons that make it easy, fun and convenient to eat sitting in or wandering around. Ideal for a quick stomach-liner before a night’s tippling, for a rapid and wholesome filler on a day at the beach, or for a satisfying home order to share with the family or friends when you don’t want to cook or clean dishes. Catching on fast and I would not be surprised to see this developing into a small chain when (when?) economic conditions pick up. You will not be disappointed.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED – The food has always been good at Wai Wai Wok, Sonephet sees to that ! But now at its new location next to Yu Taley, the eat-in food is now always served on a plate, rather than takeaway boxes, and feels more like a real restaurant, and with the same kitchen as Yu Taley, the quality is excellent but not as expensive. The Summer Rolls are a must, and the Penaeng Curry as good as we’ve ever tasted – ‘we’ includes our friends who lived in Thailand and ourselves who have travelled around IndoChina. A budget alternative to Sonephets other established Lan Sang, which has been another favourite for years.
