Two British nationals have been arrested in Frigiliana on suspicion of operating a marijuana plantation and drugs trafficking. Both are apparently the subjects of outstanding international arrest warrants issued by the British authorities.
Lightning strike causes wildfire
A lightning strike at 11:50 on Friday morning in the Puerto de los Umbrales area of Frigiliana caused a wildfire which destroyed 3,000 square metres of scrub and woodland. Two helicopters, planes and ground personnel brought the blaze under control at 15:00.
Proposed renovation projects in Frigiliana

Agreement signed with Taller de la Amistad
