Very difficult to find anything much simpler in terms of ingredients, a fish and a load of salt.
3 kg Dorada (Sea Bream)
Loads of marine salt
Gut and clean the fish unless this has already been done for you. Pile lots of salt on a plate, place the fish on the salt and then cover with yet more salt.
Cook in a hot oven for between 45 and 50 minutes.
Serve with potatoes and tartar sauce.
