Gambas al ajillo (prawns in garlic)

Quite similar in many ways to Pil Pil but nevertheless also slightly different.

300 g whole prawns (Fresh if possible)
1 dl oil
5 garlic cloves, peeled and chopped
4 small pieces of chili pepper
salt
Peel the prawns raw and set aside. Pour the oil into a small pan and add the chopped garlic and chili peppers. Heat everything, ensuring that the garlic does not brown, then add the prawns and season moderately, stirring until the prawns change colour. Serve very hot.
