Melón con jamón (melon with ham)

It is hard to imagine a simpler, yet very tasty, tapa than this particular one.

1 yellow melon
100 g ham, preferably serrano ham

Cut the melon in half and then each half into three slices. Remove the seeds and cut the slices into pieces measuring approximately 2.5 cm. Cut the ham into very fine slices, of a size to cover each piece of melon.

Wrap the slices of ham around the pieces of melon and place on a metal or wooden skewer. A toothpick will also do.
