There are about fifty Sea Life Centres around the world and one of these is located in Benalmádena, Andalucia, Spain. Sea Life Centres claim to champion the cause of marine conservation through education, awareness and direct action.
Sea Life only occupies a small area but they do manage to host a great variety of items and it is well worth a visit. If you are on a non-beach day trip to Benalmádena, you could combine a trip to Sea Life with a stroll around La Paloma Park, a visit to Selwo Marino and a trip up the mountain on the cable car (Teleférico) or a couple of hours with the butterflies at the Mariposario (Butterfly Park in Benalmádena Pueblo).
How to get there
