Edificio Caribe is located towards the bottom of avenida Castilla Perez, at the western end of town, close to Torrecilla beach.

The apartments have a balcony and the building, which is six floors, has lifts.

Plenty of bars and restaurants in the immediate vicinity and there are a couple of small supermarkets close by, two of them (the Torrecilla and Jamaica, about a 5 minute walk, max) being open on Sundays all year round.

The beach is about 200 metres away and just before the beach you have Plaza Fabrica de los Cangrejos, with numerous bars and restaurants, petanca courts and, during the summer months, entertainment in the square every evening.

Also during the summer months, a trampoline is usually present in the square.

The town centre, Balcón de Europa, is about a 7 minute stroll, slightly uphill but nothing strenuous.

On-street parking can be a bit of a problem during the busy summer months.
