Ideal for family holidays! The street is very quiet, you will not be disturbed by the noise of bars and nightclubs. Very close to the town centre, the nearest beach is about 10 min walk away. Facilities: supermarkets, bakery, restaurants, gym, kids playground, pharmacy.
Bedroom 1: 1 double bed.
Bedroom 2: 2 single beds.
Living room: sofa bed (for 2 people).
Bathroom.
Fully equipped kitchen: refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, dishes. Everything is electric, so you don’t need any gas bottles.
Iron, ironing board, hair dryer, washing machine, vacuum cleaner.
We provide linen and bath towels. Bath towels provided must not be used round the pool or at the beach. For an extra fee, we can provide beach towels as well as extra set of linen and bath towels.
No smoking. No pets.
Rental rates: from 200€/week to 600€ /week, depending on season. If you are interested in long stays (more than 3 weeks), we could probably propose you a better rate.
We require a refundable damage deposit of 100€.
