This villa is maintained to a high standard and enjoys a beautiful setting at Jardines de Nerja with well laid out gardens and communal pool.
Just a short walk away are shops, bars, tennis club and restaurants.
You can rent this house as either a 2 bed for 4 people or 3 bed for 6.
The interior is bright and spacious with whitewashed walls and tiled floors. There is a large lounge with french windows leading to the private back garden.
The kitchen is well equipped and has views to the garden and pool area.
Upstairs are 2 double (twin beds) bedrooms with spacious, fitted wardrobes and a bathroom with bath, shower, wc and basin.
Steps lead up to the private roof terrace with spectacular views across Nerja and the Mediterranean Sea.
Downstairs from the ground floor is a separate studio apartment with twin beds, shower room and kitchen. This is not let separately but gives you the added choice of renting either as a 2 bedroom or 3 bedroom property.
The private back garden is a quiet sun trap equipped with dining table,chairs and sun loungers.
There is a roof terrace, also with sunloungers, and the views are spectacular.
Both first floor bedrooms have balconies. The front bedroom has pool and mountain views, the rear bedroom has views out over the garden.
Jardines de Nerja is a small select and secure setting with private gated access, ideal for a family holiday. There is ample (private) car parking space.
Please note that this is a ‘No Smoking’ property.
Rental rates
Rental rates quoted are for 2 bedrooms. The third bedroom (studio apartment) is available for an additional £75 per week, except for July and August when the charge is £100.

Deposit is £100 per week, with the outstanding balance due 6 weeks prior to start of rental.

Bookings are from any day to any day.
We can arrange car hire, taxi/minibus transfer to airport should you so wish.
No smoking, no pets.
Property available from 4pm on day of arrival to 10am day of departure.
