There are 300 sq. meters of outdoor living area consisting of four large terraces including a swimming pool and parking.
The Buena Vista Dining/Living room, which seats six people and contains the wood fire and adjoining kitchen, opens out onto a 35 sq.meter pergola terrace with spectacular southerly views to the sea.
The Los Arcos Library Studio which can sleep 2 people is a cool retreat from the heat of the mid-day sun.
A moorish tower staircase leads to the Torre Morisco double bedroom, which sleeps two people, with en-suite bathroom, wood burning stove and adjoining 100sq.m. roof terrace with its own open-air self-catering facilities.
The rustic Cortijo bedroom, which sleeps two people, has an en-suite bathroom and original decorative fireplace.
With double-glazed windows, satellite television and many artistic details such as the hand-painted Alhambra-style tiles, brick arches, antique wooden doors from Granada, ornate water fountains, original antique furniture and little nooks and crannies, this make Villa La Cascada the perfect place to relax in the sun close to the sea and mountains in total tranquility.

20% deposit payable by bank transfer within 7 days of making a booking.
Balance payable 4 week prior to arrival.

€200.00 security deposit payable on arrival and returned on departure subject to no damages.
The rent includes water, gas and electricity, bed linen and towels (except beach towels). Arrival / Departure days are flexible all year round as we understand that mid week flights are much more economical. Arrival time 16.00; departure time no later than 10.00am to allow for cleaning and preparation for arrivals. Change of linen and towels is done on the 7th day then weekly. Extra days at pro-rata cost.
Discounted rates for long lets in low season available on request.
PETS WELCOME – We have an large fenced enclosure where pets can be safely left with ample space to roam and play.
