Debts are on the up

The debts of public enterprises in Andalucía rose by 55.7% during the second trimester of 2009 according to figures released by the Bank of Spain.

According to a report by the Health Department, a total of 16,087 Andalucians have finalised their ‘living will’ since the introduction of the new law in 2004 to promote the right to a ‘dignified death’.
