Five arrested for financing terrorism

Five people have been arrested today in Irún (Guipúzcoa) and Navarra for their alleged links to a network financing Islamic terrorists. The detainees are accused of sending money to Algeria to finance the terrorist activities of a radical Islamist cell.

Fruit thieves apprehended

The national Police in Vélez-Málaga have arrested two people, aged 21 years and 28 years, on suspicion of stealing 5,300 kilos of tropical fruits from farms in Valle Niza and along the Carretera de Cajiz.
