Bar Rafael near the bottom of calle Chaparil is quite a nice, relaxing tapas bar. It has an arty theme and while I was enjoying a tasty rice and pumpkin tapa with my beer, a group of people were putting paint to paper. A small beer and a tapa, €1.50.

The former Chique on calle Chaparil, Nerja, is now Bar Rafael.
