The Barbacoa tapas bar and roast place on calle Jaén, Nerja, didn’t last very long at all, the premises all shut up and a for ‘rent sign’ in the window.

A new tapas bar means giving it a go, so on a glorious Sunday lunchtime it was time to try the newly opened Barbacoa in calle Jaén, formerly home to the Andrea Inn and, subsequently, Diva’s Bar.
