New DGT campaign this month

Nerja Council is participating in the latest DGT (Traffic Department) ‘campaign’, this one aimed at motorcycles and scooters.

Seatbelt campaign

As part of a road safety programme, Local Police in Nerja will be actively participating in a campaign relating to the wearing of seatbelts and the use of child security restraints in vehicles.

Recycling campaign along the Costa del Sol

The Association of Municipalities of the Costa del Sol-East has launched a campaign to raise awareness amongst both residents and tourists of the importance of recycling and conservation of the coastline. The initiative will take place at beaches, promenades, plazas, public pools and markets in a total of eleven municipalities.
