El Cangrejo in calle La Habana has been around for years serving up a great range of both fish and meat tapas. There was a change of ownership last year but nothing has really changed, still a great place.
Swanning around…
Although the recently re-opened El Cangrejo has changed ownership, that’s basically all that has changed. There is still a huge selection of great tapas and a beer and a tapas will only set you back €1.30.
El Cangrejo and other bits…
El Cangrejo has reopened under new ownership but, apparently, still pretty much as it used to be with a fine array of tapas, which is great news. It didn’t remain closed for very long at all.
Bobs and bits June 1st 2010…
Il Bambino on avenida Castilla Perez has reopened with Henry and Carol (they used to do the barbies at Potter’s Bar) at the helm. You can even watch the World Cup there should you so desire. The menu is American-Italian, New York style. Had some ribs with a really superb barbecue sauce, you should definitely check it out.
