With the end of the main summer tourist season comes the end of the extra collections of organic rubbish in the central streets calle Diputación, calle Carmen,  calle Puerta del Mar, calle Pintada, calle La Cruz and calle Angustias. The extra collections finished on Friday September 13th, having begun on July 2nd 2013.

Starting on Monday July 5th and continuing until September, there will be extra  collections of non-organic waste (cardboard, plastic & paper) in certain areas of the town.
