Two more cases of domestic violence in the past twenty-four hours have brought the total number of fatalities in Spain so far this year to forty-five.

The number of fatalities in Spain as a result of complications arising from infection with the Inflenza A virus has risen to twenty, with four of those cases being in Andalucia.
31 deaths on the roads at the weekend
A total of 31 people lost their lives on the roads in Spain between 15:00 on Friday and midnight on Sunday, with a further 9 people seriously injured.
Fifth Swine Flu fatality in Spain
The number of deaths in Spain as a result of Influenza A (Swine flu, H1N1) has risen to five after it was revealed that a 41 year old man died in Valencia on July 20th. The latest victim was also suffering from serious renal problems.

Two people died on Thursday as a result of Influenza A, bringing the total of number of deaths in Spain from the virus to four.
Two people die as light aircraft crashes on La Palma
Two people died on Friday after the light aircraft in which they were travelling crashed on the island of La Palma.
Three dead in bus crash
Three people have so far died and another 12 are injured, four of them seriously, after a bus overturned near Miajadas (Cáceres).
Bad weather claims four lives
The bad weather has so far claimed the lives of four people as storms lashed the coastal areas. Waves up to nine metres high have been lashing the coastal areas, sinking boats and causing severe flooding in some areas, and five mountain passes are closed due to heavy snows. Snow chains are required in a further thirty-five passes.
