Falling from the skies
Strange goings on in Arkansas and now Louisiana with birds falling out of the sky in their thousands and 100,000 fish washed up on the Rio Arkansas riverbank…Hundreds more birds fall from the sky – this time in Louisiana
Contraptions and fish…
The ‘contraptions’ are now installed to control traffic both to calle El Barrio from calle Diputacion and towards the Balcon de Europa, although the poles on their own would not be enough as it would be easy to go round them, even in a lorry. Either more sunken poles will be added or the shincrushers will remain.

Ten o’clock this morning and the Guardia Civil were down on avenida Castilla Perez, at the junction with calle Diputacion, bagging-up all the fish being offered for sale by the regular street vendors. Tern over
Animals are not much different from humans in many ways, except maybe a bit better behaved as a general rule. Nice pictures of a young tern biting off a bit more than he could chew….Ambitious bird… Mother tern looks like she just can’t believe her eyes.

Down on the Balcón de Europa today was a stand run by the Junta de Andalucía, it’s purpose being to inform people about fish. And very interesting it was too!
