Halloween preparations are under way at the Jardín Botanico La Concepción in Málaga.

At least fourteen people were injured and ten arrests were made in various parts of Málaga province during the Halloween festivities, the most serious altercation occurring in Puerto Banus.
Record visitor numbers at Isla Magica
Over 20,000 people visited the Isla Magica theme park in Sevilla at the weekend for the Halloween Weekend Party, setting new records for attendance. In addition, around 80% of visitors turned up suitably ghoulishly dressed.

Halloween parade on the Balcón de Europa
As well as the Maroween celebrations on Monday – Halloween plus the Fiesta de la Castaña y el Boniato – there will also be a ‘horror parade’ in Nerja courtesy of the theatre group La Carpa. The parade takes place around the Balcón de Europa and starts at 20:30.

There is a special Halloween celebration at the Nerja Donkey Sanctuary on Saturday October 30th from 11:00 to 14:00.

Maro is once again planning to hold their unique, dual celebration on October 31st, combining Halloween with the Fiesta de la Castaña y el Boniato (chestnut and sweet potato) to bring you Maroween.
