The Málaga Provincial Council in co-operation with La Caixa have been distributing school supplies – textbooks, notebooks, pens and pencils etc – to needy families in the various municipalities in the province, including Nerja.
No season tickets yet for Isla Magica
Season tickets for Isla Magica in Sevilla for 2013 are still not available as the management company Parque Isla Mágica S.A. (Pimsa), now owned by La Caixa, has so far failed to agree an opening schedule for next year. La Caixa is looking to sell the theme park.
La Caixa donates €1,500 to the Fletcher Fund
The Caixa bank in Torrox is donating a cheque for €1,500 to the Fletcher Falvey fund. Fletcher is a three year old British boy suffering from a serious brain tumour who needs an expensive operation.
