The municipalities of Mijas, Rincón de la Victoria, Torrox and Álora are the latest to sign credit agreements to enable them to settle outstanding bills to suppliers, some of which date back a decade or more. Vélez-Málaga and Benalmádena signed agreements on Friday.
Tourism meeting
The delegate for Tourism, Antonio Souvirón, met last week with the Councillor for Tourism,Bernardo Pozuelo, the president of the Association of Employers in Nerja (AEN), former councillor Jonathan Méndez and several local businessmen to brief them on lines of credit open to small and medium businesses.
